A personalized plan includes a weekly menu tailored to your preferences, a shopping list, practical meal preparation instructions and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. You will also receive support and the option to modify your plan over twelve weeks.
Can I choose between in-person and online consultation?
Yes, we offer both options. In-person consultations are held at our office at Národní street 112 in Brno. Online consultations are ideal for those who prefer the comfort of their home or don't have time to travel.
What is the procedure for booking a consultation?

How long does it take to see results?
